Ana McIntosh - Ho'oponopono Practice

Ana Thais McIntosh | AUG 3, 2020

Dear community,

JOIN ME THIS SATURDAY @ 10AM (Central Time) FOR OUR FIRST ONLINE MEETING ON OUR HO’OPONOPONO – 21 DAYS PRACTICE!

One such powerful healing is the Hawaiian prayer of healing through forgiveness, the Ho'oponopono.

It is a mindfulness technique that helps you focus on the present by letting go of past experiences that don’t serve you anymore. So from there you can allow yourself to experience the new, the UNKOWN, and elevate your mind to greater heights to achieve peace, harmony and true happiness.

Join me on this powerful journey using the Ho'oponopono prayer meditation in our daily lives!!!

We will be meeting 2x on Zoom, August 8 and August 29 at 10AM. If you don't have Zoom App yet, it's free and easy to work with. i will be happy to help you download and give any other information. When you sign up for your practice, you will also receive an email with all extra informations to connect on Saturday.

The schedule is:

Aug. 8

On our first meeting, we will be talking about this ancient Hawaiian practice and all 4 elements involved, how to use it and the benefits that comes with a daily practice. I will be guiding you through our first meditation and I will share our first practice.

Aug. 9 – 28

We will be sharing, DAILY, through a private group, a video with the guided meditation + sound healing and the practice of the day. You will be able to connect with other people who are in the same path as you, and with your teachers, who will do the best to assist with anything.

Aug. 29

We will come together on Zoom once again to share some of our experiences, how much we have changed and all the final questions can be answered at this meeting. We will guide you through our last meditation, and the practice is to find stillness, to receive a Sound healing session.

We are looking forward to have you be part of this journey.

I am sorry. Please, forgive me. I love you. I thank you.

Ana McIntosh.
