Ho’oponopono - Give it to a friend!

Ana Thais McIntosh | JUL 21, 2020

One such powerful healing is the Hawaiian prayer of healing through forgiveness, the Ho'oponopono. The word literally translates to “make right”. Ho'o means ‘to make’ and pono ‘right’ the double use of pono means with both yourself and others. It helps in restoring harmony within the soul and with others.

It is a mindfulness technique that helps you focus on the present by letting go of past experiences that don’t serve you anymore. So from there you can allow yourself to experience the new, the UNKOWN, and elevate your mind to greater heights to achieve peace, tranquility and true happiness.

Join me on this powerful journey using the Ho'oponopono prayer meditation in our daily lives.

For the first 20 people who sign up for this practice will be able to give access to the practice for a friend, family member, maybe that person who you know would appreciate it. 💖

We will be meeting 2x on Zoom.

Aug. 8 - 1st Day of the practice.

We will talk more about this ancient Hawaiian practice, the elements involved, also our first guided meditation + task of the day.

Aug. 29 - 21st Day of the practice. We will gather together to share some of our experiences, realizing how much we changed and we will keep changing forever. I will also guide you through our last meditation with Sound healing.

All the other guided meditations recordings + tasks will be shared on our facebook/WhatsApp group with everyone who singed up for the practice. This way I will put myself available to answer questions or help with anything else.

This ancient healing practice is regarded as a spiritual cleanser, and when practiced daily, performs a regular deep cleaning of the mind, body and soul.
