Guided gently through the chakra system, this immersive journey weaves together movement, stillness, breath, creativity, and sound. Each offering is designed to support you in releasing what no longer serves, while creating space for clarity, alignment, and expansion.

Surrounded by the lush beauty of Kailua, you will be held in a sacred and nurturing environment—where time slows down, and your inner world becomes the focus.

The Journey

We begin in circle, grounding into presence and intention, before opening the heart with a ceremonial cacao experience. From there, we move through a chakra-aligned yoga practice, awakening energy through the body.

The day continues with moments of nourishment and creativity—sharing a meal, crafting your own chakra amulet, and pausing for tea and integration.

As we soften into the afternoon, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Yin & Yoga Nidra practice, followed by a healing sound bath to harmonize and recalibrate your entire system.

We close as we began—together, in circle—honoring the journey and the energy you’ve cultivated within.
