Fall Equinox Celebration

I will be leading you through a Yoga practice to help move our bodies, practice different types of breath work to help balance our energies, we will arrive in this meditative space where I will be leading you into a Sound Bath. Finishing up with some group oracle card reading, a collective chant and whatever you feel in your heart to share with others who will be around you.
