Private Yoga Class

Though there are many different types of yoga, Vinyasa Yoga is by far the most popular form in the U.S. Vinyasa is moving with your breath. The movements can be slow or dynamic and challenging depending on the class. I am happy to welcome experienced yoga students and beginner yoga students in all of my classes.

At your first class, let me know if you have any concerns or need modifications before class and I will do everything possible to accommodate you.

I recommend you bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothes and any props (block, bolster, strap, pillow, blanket) that will help you feel the love I want to share!
